Shipping and Returns

Redcat Racing does not currently accept orders outside the United States, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Redcat Racing also requires a street or physical shipping address. No P.O. boxes are allowed. International customers please contact Redcat Racing by email at sales@redcatracing.com.

Delivery Time/ Shipping Deadlines

Redcat Racing reserves the right to impose deadlines for ordering to make it possible for customers to receive items overnight or in 2 days when optional 1 or 2-day air shipping is specified in the order. Orders placed after the deadlines with accelerated shipping methods may be shipped the following day.

If standard ground shipping is selected, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order. It may take up to 3 days for your order to be processed, filled, and shipped, and up to 7-10 days of travel time with standard ground shipping. These are the typical, expected delivery times. Depending on the volume of orders and your proximity to Arizona, your actual delivery time may be longer or shorter.

Overnight and 2-Day Delivery Orders

Orders must be placed and confirmed by 12 PM Mountain Time in order to receive same day shipping on overnight or 2-day delivery orders. Orders placed after 12 PM may ship the following day. Redcat Racing does not offer Saturday delivery on overnight or 2-day delivery orders. If you need overnight Saturday delivery, please call Redcat Racing for more information and to order by telephone.

When to contact us

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation (if an e-mail address was provided). If you have not received confirmation that your order has been processed and shipped by the fourth day for ground shipments, or by the following day for air shipments, then please contact us for verification of receipt/processing of your order.

Once the order has been shipped, please do not contact Redcat Racing to find out the delivery status of your order. You will receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail. This tracking number will also be available on the "Order History" page, under "My Account" after the order ships. Please use the tracking number to find the expected delivery date and to follow the travel progress of your order.

Returns

If you have received a shipment that is incorrect, please contact us at 602-454-6445, or send an e-mail to support@redcatracing.com. Our friendly customer support representatives will work with you to resolve the problem. The site does not have the option to return items to Redcat Racing. Do not simply return or redirect the package back to Redcat Racing without contacting Redcat Racing first. Packages returned to Redcat Racing without return authorization will be rejected.
